Products

The product or size I want is out of stock, what now?

You can leave your email address on the contact page. This way, you will be automatically notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

How do I redeem my voucher code or gift card?

To redeem the credit, you can enter the discount code in the first part of the checkout. After doing this, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the purchase amount.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with iDeal, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Bancontact, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. This email contains the order number (consisting of 5 digits), order overview, and shipping address.

I entered incorrect address details; can this be changed?

Please contact us at info@liaqo.com so we can arrange this.

Shipping

To which countries do you ship?

Currently, we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free; we cover this ourselves.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. Here you can find the status of your order and, if necessary, provide additional instructions to the delivery service.

I haven’t received my order; what should I do?

If you haven't received your order, we're sorry to hear that! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You will also receive an email with tracking information to follow your package. If you have not received this email or the status of your package is unclear,

My tracking indicates that my order has been returned. What should I do?

Please contact us at info@liaqo.com. One of our customer service representatives will investigate what happened and find a solution as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

I have changed my mind; what now?

If you have changed your mind, that's perfectly fine. If you inform us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 days of receiving the returned order. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your expense.

I want to exchange the product; how do I do that?

You can exchange your order for a new item free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery. The buyer pays for the return shipping of the item they wish to exchange. The new item will be shipped to the customer within 5 days of receiving the returned package.

The product arrived damaged; what now?

If you received a damaged product, please send us a photo of the order along with your order number within 14 days to: info@liaqo.com, and we will ensure that you receive a new item free of charge within 7 days of receiving the email.


I received the wrong order; what now?

If you received the wrong product, please send us a photo of the order along with your order number within 14 days to: info@liaqo.com, and we will ensure that you receive the correct order free of charge within 7 days of receiving the email.

 

I never received my order; what now?

If you never received the product, please send us an email with your order number to: info@liaqo.com, and we will ensure that you receive the order again free of charge within 5 days of receiving the email.

I want to cancel after all; what now?

If you have changed your mind, that's perfectly fine. If you inform us within 48 hours of your order that you wish to cancel it, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 days of receiving the cancellation.

I never received my order; what now?
